Ground crew re-fuelers pump Jet -A fuel into the 12th Boeing 777F FedEx has received, with 32 more on order, at Dulles International Airport in Sterling, Virginia, June 8, 2011. It is the world's largest twin-engine cargo aircraft and can carry 178,000 pounds (81 metric tons) of cargo and fly 6,675 land miles with 18 percent improved fuel efficiency and less emission vs the MD-11 it is replacing. On the big global routes this Boeing 777F gives FedEx competitive advantages for the company and the customer with later shipping deadlines and faster transit times.
