ITALY-SWITZERLAND-FIRE-TUNNEL-SIMPLON
Swiss Federal Railways' Kurt Heynen looks at the remains of a freight train during a press trip on June 13, 2011 near Iselle inside the Italian part of the Simplon tunnel, which was damaged by a fire on June 9. The fire broke out on a nine-wagon train carrying household goods made of steel and porcelain and travelling from Italy to Germany. No-one was hurt and officials opened the undamaged parallel tube a day after the fire. The cause of the fire is still unknown. AFP PHOTO / FABRICE COFFRINI
