A handout picture released by Greenpeace on June 17, 2011 shows Executive Director of Greenpeace International, Kumi Naidoo (C) and Ulvar Arnkvaern of Norway (3L) escorted from the air terminal in Nuuk, Greenland into a waiting police car after being arrested for scaling the Leiv Eiriksson drill rig 120km off the coast of Greenland. His mission was to deliver a 50,000 signature petition demanding the public release of Cairn Energy's oil spill response plan. His action comes a week after the operators of the oil platform, Cairn Energy, obtained an injunction against Greenpeace from a Dutch court, imposing fines of 50,000 Euros a day for any breach of the exclusion zone.
