Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi (C) delivers a speech at the Senate on June 21, 2011 in Rome. Silvio Berlusconi's government won a confidence vote on a bill in parliament, bringing temporary relief to the Italian premier after crushing defeats in local elections and a round of referendums.
