FRANCE-UNESCO-LARZAC-CAUSSES-CEVENNES
A picture taken on June 23, 2011 shows concretions on the plateau of Larzac, near the French southern village of La Cavalerie. The plateau of Larzac is part of the French southern region "Causses and Cevennes" which is competing to join UNESCO's top world heritage list for its "Mediterranean agro-pastoralism landscapes".
