In a picture taken on June 27, 2011 administrator of Education Center for Unification Cho Myung-Chul, poses in front of a map of the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) seperating the two Koreans after an interview with AFP at his office in Seoul. Leaving behind his family and a top job, Cho Myung-Chul fled North Korea in 1994 to show the world its regime was headed in the wrong direction. Now, he says, that regime may be on its last legs.
