(FromL) French Minister of Sport Chantal Jouanno, French Prime Minister Francois Fillon and member of the French International Olympic Committee (IOC) and former ski champion Jean-Claude Killy arrive prior to meeting the IOC President Jacques Rogge (unseen) at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Durban on July 5, 2011 on the eve of the vote as to who hosts the 2018 Winter Olympics.
