International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge takes part in a signing ceremeony with members of the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympic bid team on July 6, 2011 in Durban. Pyeongchang finally achieved their dream of hosting the Winter Olympics when they were awarded the 2018 edition at their third attempt today.
