BOLIVIA-STRIKE-SOCIAL-BLOCKADE
Residents of El Alto block roads for a second consecutive day on July 12, 2011 in demand of basic public services, preventing Bolivia's state-controlled oil company YPFB to distribute oil, gas and derivatives and therefore causing shortages in El Alto and La Paz.
