PALM DESERT - JULY 12: A casket carrying the body of former first lady Betty Ford is carried into a National Tribute Service July 12, 2011 in Palm Desert, California. Ford died July 8, at the age of 93 at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage. Family, dignitaries, including first lady Michelle Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and former President Bill Clinton, attended the service at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, during which former first lady Rosalynn Carter and journalist Cokie Roberts presented eulogies for the outspoken Ford, who will be buried alongside her husband, former President Gerald R.
