In this photo taken on January 18, 2011, a Tunisian demonstrator holds his bread stick like a weapon in front of riot police during a protest against the country's government in Tunis. This photograph served as inspiration to a group of five Tunisian communications students, who created a new animated character, "Captain Khobza", ("Khobza" meaning bread in Arabic) armed with a baguette, and who distils his impertinent and satirical vision of Tunisian news through weekly episodes broadcast on the web. Two to four episodes are uploaded to the web every week, depending on the creativity of the students, and the series is now followed by over 180 000 Tunisians across the country.
