LATVIA-REFERENDUM-PARLIAMENT
People fill their voting ballot at a poling sation in Riga on July 23, 2011 during a referendum for or against the dissolution of parliament. Then-president Valdis Zatlers called the vote on May 28, just before his term was due to end, after parliament refused to lift the immunity of a wealthy MP whose home Latvia's anti-corruption agency wanted to search.
