CORRECTION-NORWAY-ATTACKS
Police investigators with a dog search through rubble looking for evidence and missing people outside the prime ministers office in the aftermath of an attack on government buildings and massacre on the youth camp of the Norwegian Labour Party in Oslo on July 26, 2011. At least 76 were killed in July 22 attacks in Norway, a bombing in central Oslo and a series of shootings on an island just outside the capital, and the figure could rise, a senior police officer said. Police had also found explosives on the island of Utoeya, where a gunman opened fire on young people at a summer camp organised by the ruling Labour Party, Sveinung Sponheim, acting commissioner for Oslo police, told reporters.
