This handout picture released in July 2011 by Adrenaline Expedition shows Sebastien Roubinet and Rodolphe Andre of France, making tests in 2010 with their catamaran-ice boat hybrid capable of sailing on both water and ice in Baie James in Canada. Sebastien Roubinet and Rodolphe Andre will cross the Arctic Ocean from July 2011, as part of the expedition "La voie du Pôle" (The way of the Pole) from Alaska with arrival in Spitsbergen via the NorthPole, after nearly 3000 km (1750 nautical miles). When the winds will be favorable, the sails will be able to carry them, otherwise they will need to tow the boat themselves without any external assistance.
