This undated handout photo released by human rights group Mindanao Anti-Torture Alliance on August 1, 2011 shows alleged torture victim Abdul Khan Ajid receiving treatment at a hospital in Southern island of Mindanao. Four soldiers in the Philippines have been arrested for setting a man on fire they wrongly suspected of being an Islamic militant, the military said August 1, 2011, branding it an "inhumane act of torture". The family of the burned man, Abdul Khan Ajid, 39, said he only had a "50-50" chance of surviving as he had burns all over his face, torso and groin.
