BELGIUM-STORMS-PUKKELPOP-ROYALS
Festival organiser Chokri Mahassine (2nd L), Interior Minister Annemie Turtelboom (Open Vld Flemish liberals, 3rd L), Queen Paola of Belgium (4th L, slightly obscured), King Albert II of Belgium (centre) and Mayor of Hasselt Hilde Claes visit the site of the Pukkelpop music festival in Kiewit, a hamlet of Hasselt, on August 19, 2011.
