Belgian flags fly at half-mast on August 19, 2011 at the Lowlands Festival 2011, in Biddinghuizen, to honour the the victims of a freak accident last night at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium. Five people were killed when strong wind and rain took down a concert tent during the Belgian music event. The Lowlands Festival will run from August 19-21.
