DENMARK-VOTE-DATE
Danish Prime Minister Lars Loekke Rasmussen announces parliamentary elections for next September 15 during a press conference on August 26, 2011 at the Prime Ministers residence Marienborg, north of Copenhagen. The prime minister, appointed two years ago to replace his predecessor Anders Fogh Rasmussen when he was named NATO's secretary general, was required by law to call elections before November 12 this year.
