NEW YORK, NY - AUGUST 27: Jack Watson does some last minute securing of his store on the boardwalk in the Rockaways before the arrival of hurricane Irene which is expected to make landfall in New York City sometime late Saturday and early Sunday on August 27, 2011 in the Queens borough of New York.
