Jean-Yves Le Borgne, lawyer of Remy Chardon (not in the pic), former director of French Jacques Chirac's cabinet as Paris' mayor (1977-1995) and who is one of Chirac's co-defendants arrives at Paris' court on September 5, 2011 for the opening of Chirac trial for embezzlement and breach of trust during the years he served as mayor of Paris. Chirac might again avoid trial after his lawyers said in a statement two days ago they had submitted a medical report to the presiding judge that said he was medically unfit to attend.
