French Benoit Chabert, lawyer of Charles De Gaulle's grandson, Jean de Gaulle, arrives at Paris' court on September 5, 2011 for the opening of France's former president Jacques Chirac trial for embezzlement and breach of trust during the years he served as mayor of Paris. Chirac might again avoid trial after his lawyers said in a statement two days ago they had submitted a medical report to the presiding judge that said he was medically unfit to attend.
