Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor speaks to the Slovenian Parliament after a no confidence vote for his centre-left minority government on September 20, 2011 in Ljubljana. Slovenia's centre-left minority government fell on September 20th after a no confidence vote in parliament paving the way for early elections most likely by the end of the year. A total of 51 lawmakers voted against the government, 36 backed Prime Minister Borut Pahor's minority government, and one abstained from the vote. A total of 88 lawmakers of the 90-seat parliament were present at the session. AFP PHOTO
