(FILES) This 21 May 2001 file photo shows actor Tom Sizemore, who plays an aviation mechanic in the movie "Pearl Harbor," saluting as he arrives for the world premiere of "Pearl Harbor," which was shown on the deck of the US Navy aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Sizemore, who starred in "Black Hawk Down" and "Saving Private Ryan," was arrested in Los Angeles early September 20, 2011 in his latest brush with the law, police said. Sizemore, who was jailed in 2007 after violating the terms of a suspended sentence, was arrested in the early hours under a warrant issued when he failed to turn up for a court appearance in August. After spending the night in custody the 49-year-old was released on 26,000 USD bail, according to jail records. A Los Angeles police spokesman said Sizemore was arrested in a drug-related investigation. No further details were available, but Sizemore told the TMZ celebrity news website that it was a mix-up related to a 2009 battery arrest. AFP PHOTO/FILES/Mike NELSON
