The certificate of transfer(Bottom) signed by the Ambassador of France to the United States François Delattre and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director John Morton taking possession of the Jule Breton painting "Une fille de pêcheur" following a repatriation ceremony October 13, 2011 at the Ambassador's residence in Washington, DC.
