US-MILITARY-HEROES AT HOME
First Lady of the US Michelle Obama greets volunteer workers October 17, 2011 during the Heroes at Home program's 1,000th home renovation project in Washington, DC. The renovation is part of the Heroes at Home program, which aims to improve the lives of American military families by making necessary repairs, improvements or modifications to their homes. To mark this milestone, Mrs. Obama joined dozens of volunteers and executives from Sears Holdings and Rebuilding Together at the Washington, DC home of Army veteran Sgt.
