Kenyans receives medical treatment at the Kenyatta national hospital following a grenade attack in Nairobi on October 24, 2011.The grenade explosion in the centre of Nairobi on Monday evening killed one person and wounded at least eight, the police said. One person was killed and 24 were wounded in two grenade attacks in Nairobi on Monday, with police suspecting Shebab fighters in what could be retaliation for Kenya's week-old incursion in Somalia.
