A US Navy nurse injects medicine to a severely wounded soldier hit by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) airlifted to be transfered by U.S. Army's Task Force Lift "Dust Off", Charlie Company 1-171 Aviation Regiment to another hospital after amputating his legs and getting him stable in Helmand province on October 26, 2011.
