(FILES) (LtoR) Stemmer Hendricks, and Pieter Krynauw thin out the leaves on vines on a farm, on October 11, 2011, close to Piketburg, Western Cape. Former farmworkers, like Hendricks have neen helped to establish the farm, and receive mentoring for running the farm as a viable business. Krynauw is the mentor on this farm.
