FASHION-ROM-FRA-GUILET
A model presents a creation by French designer Philippe Guilet together with a Romanian artisan (R) during a fashion event called "100%.RO" at the French embassy headquarters in Bucharest on November 10, 2011. Sheepskin skirts and bead-embroidered dresses shone on a Bucharest catwalk on Thursday in a one-of-a-kind ethnic fashion show bringing together the skills of a French designer and of Romanian handicraftsmen. Called "Prejudice", the women's clothing collection created by Philippe Guilet, who previously worked with Karl Lagerfeld, Thierry Mugler and Jean-Paul Gaultier, is to be shown in Paris early next year. Guilet, former research director for Jean-Paul Gaultier, has launched a project called "100%.RO" aimed at reinterpreting the Romanin heritage in a new cultural style. AFP PHOTO / DANIEL MIHAILESCU
