MEXICO-ACCIDENT
Members of the Mexican Federal Police guard the area of a helicopter crash that killed Mexican Interior Secretary Francisco Blake Mora, November 11, 2011 in Tlamanalco, Mexico state, Mexico. Mexican President Felipe Calderon said the crash in which his top minister and seven others died was likely an accident due to poor weather conditions, and promised a full probe. Blake Mora was a key figure in the country's war on drug cartels.
