A demonstrator against Germany's far-right National Democratic Party (NPD) protests in front of the venue where the party holds a congress on November 12, 2011 in Neuruppin, northeastern Germany. The Berlin-Brandenburg Higher Administrative Court had decided before that the city of Neuruppin must allow the party to use the "Stadtgarten" venue for its congress. Originally, the NPD had planned to hold its congress in mid-October in Dessau-Rosslau, eastern Germany, but failed at court. One of the congress topics is the election of a new party chairman.
