Norris, age 20, of Houston, TX, arrives at Dover Air Force Base for a dignified transfer ceremony on November 12, 2011 in Dover, Delaware. Norris was killed November 9 while serving in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. The mortuary at Dover Air Force Base has recently come under fire as its alleged that of some the body parts of the nation's war dead were cremated and the ashes dumped in a Virginia landfill.
