A partial tear-down of the house that served as a hiding spot for the neo-Nazi terror cell is prepared in Zwickau, eastern Germany, on November 23, 2011. According to the municipality, the upper-floor that had been destroyed by an explosion will be torn down. The ground floor will remain intact to be build-up again.
