FRANCE-JAPAN-ARTS-COLLECTION-URAGAMI
Japanese antique dealer for Oriental works of art and owner of the Uragami Sokyu-Do gallery in Tokyo and considered as the world biggest mangas collector, Mitsuru Uragami, shows antique books of mangas drawings by Japanese artist, ukiyo-e painter and printmaker of the Edo period, Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849), on December 1, 2011 at Hotel Bristol in Paris. Urugami is one of the authors of "Hokusai Manga", published by La Martiniere editions, with sketchbooks and 300 unpublished drawing boards. AFP PHOTO PIERRE VERDY
