ROMANIA-DROUGHT-FEATURE
Romanians drive a horse pulled cart loaded with sand collected from the dried river bed of Susita river next to Tisita village (200km north east from Bucharest) on December 2, 2011. After a dry summer and a hotter than expected autumn, water levels are dangerously low in Romania's hydroelectric power stations, which could push up energy prices.
