Seitoku Iwai (C) speaks to potential investors who is trying to restart his shop to sell "sake" wine and porcelaine in hard-hit Rikuzentakata, Iwate, that was washed away as the tsunami destroyed most of the rural city itself in Tokyo on November 30, 2011 while attending briefing of the Music Securities' investment and donation of hopes for desperate Japanese families trying to rebuild their businesses destroyed by the March disasters. Music Securities, once specialising in raising capital for musicians, has created a scheme to bridge the tsunami-hit small businesses and good Samaritans in the rest of the country eager to help but don't know how best to donate their money.
