STRASBOURG-EU-PARLIAMENT
European Central Bank President and Chairman of the European Systemic Risk Board Mario Draghi arrives for a meeting of the EU Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee on January 16,2012 at the European Parliament in the northeastern French city of Strasbourg. The committee met Draghi in his capacity as head of the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB), which monitors the build up of potential economic imbalances.
