BELGIUM-EU-ECOFIN
Spanish Finance Minister Luis De Guindos, Portuguese finance minister Vitor Gaspar and Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg talk prior an ECOFIN meeting on February 21, 2012 at the EU Headquarters in Brussels. The Council will try to reach a general approach on the two draft regulations on economic governance proposed by the Commission on 23 November introducing provisions for enhanced monitoring of countries' budgetary policies.
