SYRIA-UNREST-POLITICS-MEDIA-BRITAIN
An image grab from a video uploaded on YouTube on February 23, 2012 shows Paul Conroy, a 47-year-old British photographer working for the Sunday Times newspaper, who was injured in a rocket attack in the Syrian protest city of Homs the previous day that killed his US colleague Marie Colvin along with French photojournalist Remi Ochlik. In the video posted online by anti-regime activists, Conroy appeals for rescue from the besieged Syrian opposition enclave.
