SRI LANKA-FASHION
A Pakistan model displays a creation designed by Sonali Dharmawardena at the annual Colombo fashion week on February 24, 2012. Designers from Sri Lankan,India, Pakistan and Palestine were among the dozens of fashion designers that displayed their work at the three day event that began on Friday. The event highlights local talent and aims to tap foreign fashion buyers. Garments are key to Sri Lanka's exports, controlling more than 50 percent of the country' s revenue. AFP PHOTO/Ishara S.
