The managing director of the Institute of International Finance (IIF), Charles Dallara, delivers a speech in a high level public-private sector conference organized by the IIF, in the framework of the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting, in Mexico City on February 25, 2012. Top economic powers at the G20 meeting in Mexico's capital this weekend were set to urge Europe to do more to tackle its financial crisis before they commit to new funding for the IMF.
