Former France's national football team coach Gerard Houllier leaves the courthouse of the southern French city of Toulon, on March 7, 2012. Former France's international football player David Ginola Ginola is suing Gerard Houllier for slanderous and defamatory remarks made in a book by the the ex-national team manager.
