ISRAEL-POLITICS-KADIMA-MOFAZ
Israel's former defence minister Shaul Mofaz visits the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City after roundly defeating on March 28, 2012 his rival Tzipi Livni for the leadership of the country's opposition party Kadima, taking nearly two-thirds of the primary votes. Mofaz was pronounced the winner in the early hours of the morning, ending Livni's three-and-half-year reign as party leader, and raising questions about her future and that of the opposition faction.
