Visitors taste the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Cheval Blanc primeur on April 3, 2012 in Saint-Emilion, western France, during the annual futures sale, that opened on April 2, with a hit-and-miss vintage seen as a chance to pull skyrocketing prices back down to Earth.
