Dragan Marsicanin, candidate of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) of Vojislav Kostunica, speaks at the Parliament in Belgrade 04 February 2004 after being elected speaker --and by extension, the new interim Serbian president -- by 128 votes out of the 245 deputies present.
