South Korean marines get off a ferry arriving from Baengnyeong island, in the disputed waters of the Yellow Sea, at the port of Incheon, west of Seoul April 13, 2012. South Korea's navy on April 13 launched a salvage operation to retrieve the debris from North Korea's failed rocket launch, a military spokesman said. North Korea admitted on April 13 its long-range rocket launch had failed, disintegrating mid-air and plunging into the sea soon after liftoff in a major embarrassment for the reclusive state.
