Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika arrives for a press conference after a meeting with the head of the Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) at Al-Mouradia presidential palace in Algiers on April 16, 2012. Mustafa Abdel Jalil, head of the council that overthrew Moamer Kadhafi, arrived in Algeria on April 15 for a state visit that comes amid a period of strained relations.
