LUXEMBOURG-EU-FOREIGN AFFAIRS
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, and Swedish Foreign Affairs minister Carl Bildt (LtR) talk prior to a Foreign Affairs Council on April 23, 2012 in Luxembourg. The Council will begin with a discussion of the situation in Burma/Myanmar after the by-elections on 1 April and an exchange of views ahead of international conferences on Afghanistan. Ministers will then debate recent events in Africa, focusing on Mali and Sudan and South Sudan and Guinea-Bissau.
