LUXEMBOURG-EU-JUSTICE
Spanish Stae Secretary for Justice Fernando Roman garcia (R) talks with advisors prior an Justice and Home Affairs Council on April 27, 2012 at the Kirchberg building, EU Headquarters in Luxembourg. The Council will hear a presentation by the Commission of a proposal for a directive on the freezing and confiscation of the proceeds from crime in the EU. Justice ministers will hold a debate on a proposed regulation on mutual recognition of protection measures taken in civil matters by a judicial or other authority upon request of the person at risk.
