(FILES) A picture taken on May 16, 2012 shows the swimming pool of a hotel resort in Saint-Nicolas-Courbefy village, in central France, which was abandoned by its owner after bankruptcy in 2008. Local judicial officials from the neighboring town of Limoges are auctioning the site, including tennis courts, a swimming pool and 21 buildings, and will give bidders from Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia, until May 21 to submit offers to buy the classified-historical village located in the regional Park of Perigord-Limousin. The abandoned hamlet of Courbefy was sold for 520 000 euros on May 21, 2012 to South Korean born photographer Ahae, during an auction before the High Court of Limoges. AFP PHOTO / PASCAL LACHENAUD
